Quiet Hours
10:00 PM - 7:00 AM daily
Respect your fellow students' study and sleep time. Keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours.
Guest Policy
Visitors allowed 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
All guests must be registered at reception. Maximum 2 guests per resident at any time.
Security & Safety
ID cards required at all times
Keep your access card with you. Report any security concerns immediately to management.
Kitchen Usage
Clean up after yourself
Shared kitchen facilities must be kept clean. Label your food items and respect shared spaces.
Noise Policy
Respectful volume levels
Music, TV, and conversations should not disturb other residents. Use headphones when possible.
Parking Rules
Designated spots only
Park only in assigned areas. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owner's expense.
