Hostel accommodation is provided with the understanding that the resident student will strictly abide by the Hostels Rules and Regulations currently in force or as may be enforced from time to time.

Accommodation in the Hostel cannot be claimed as a matter of Right. Violation of hostel Terms and Conditions will make the student liable to permanent Expulsion from the Hostels. Every student who decides to reside in the hostel must be well acquainted with the Terms and Conditions.

Below is the Terms and Conditions governing the affairs of the hostel:

1. Students are prohibited from giving shelter (No Perching) to any other student or person. However, if any student(s) is found culpable of this offence He/She will be Evicted from the hostel without any Refund.
2. Students shall not be absent from their rooms at night without notify management.
3. Student(s) with any health challenge(s) should notify the hostel management about it.
4. Students suffering from infectious disease(s) have to leave immediately for medical treatment until they are fully recovered.
5. In the incident of any displeasure, student(s) are advised to resort to the hostel management first before taking any further action.
6. No one has the right to paint or undertake any developmental activities in His/Her room without the consent of management.
7. Students are advised to uphold high levels of personal hygiene in their room and on the hostel compounds at all times. However, students shall empty the dust bins in their rooms regularly to prevent insects, rodent etc.
8. Mutual exchange of rooms after allocation is not allowed. However, only the Management may allow as a Special Case on reasonable grounds.
9. Students are advised not to take the law into their own hands, but report must report all disputes to the Hostel Management. All kinds of shouting, fighting, gambling, stealing, violent knocking, maltreatment or abuses are Strictly Prohibited. In such cases offender(s) will be handed over to the Police or appropriate authority.
10. All students shall vacant their rooms with their belongings at end of the academic year to make room for annual repairs and renovation in the hostel.
11. No student is allowed to engage a private servant or pet.
12. The hostel's Main gate will be locked at exactly 12:00am each day and as such no visitors is allowed to be around or in the hostel after 11:00PM. However, in the incident of exceptions, management should be contacted.
13. Students are advised to lock their room whenever they inside or out of their rooms to prevent any incident of theft or crime.
14. The hostel management is not responsible for any loss of properties. Students are advised to lock all their valuables (e.g. Mobile phones, laptops, watches, money etc) at all times.
15. Possession, distribution and use of fire-arms, lethal weapons including Guns, Contraband drugs, Alcohol, Toxic and Hazardous materials are Strictly Prohibited in and around the Hostels.
16. Volumes of music player/television sets should be within appropriate decibel(s) to prevent disturbances.
17. No function or celebration shall be organized at the Hostel premises or in Room(s) without the notice of management.
18. Students are advised to check the Hostel Notice Board regularly.
19. The hostel management reserves the right to Revise the Terms and Conditions of the hostel from time to time and shall duly inform hostellers of any changes thus, ignorance of rules will not be accepted as an excuse.
20. Do not hesitate to inform the hostel management about any concerns or issues.
